How long does it take to make my order?

All orders are handmade ring by ring by myself (Miss Fi) here in London. I run on a made to order basis at the moment, so the current processing time is 3-4 weeks to accomodate for all orders. It is possible that you may receive your order earlier than this time window, but this is dependant on the workload and material levels. Customers can contact for updates on their orders at anytime via email.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer shipping globally using Royal Mail services. We offer Standard and Express shipping (1 - 2 and 2 - 4 business days) for UK customers. We ship to Europe ( 5 - 7 business days) and the rest of the world (5 - 15 days) using Standard shipping.

My piece came damaged?

If your item comes damaged please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We offer free repairs service, with shipping fees (back to us) to be handled by the customer.

I want to return my piece?

All jewellery apart from custom orders are subject to a 14 day return window from the first day after you recieve your item. Please contact us to start the return process, more info can be found on our refund policy page. Custom pieces are all final.

Can I customise with a colour that is not available?

We will be happy to bring your custom order to life but additional costs will incur. Please contact us via the contact form to discuss further.

How do I find my size?

Necklaces

Using a measuring tape, loop the desired length around your neck to see how it may sit on you. E.g. if stated in the description that there is 19", 20" and 21" available, measure all three sizes to decide your preferred length.

Bracelets

Invader:

✬ Using a measuring tape, measure your wrists (above the wrists bone) in cm.

✬ Add 3cm and you have your braclelet size. (E.g. if you are 16cm, you get 19cm, if you are 16.5 cm you would still get 19.cm. If you are 17cm you get 20cm and so on).
